We have three branches of website development...

The first branch is form or creative design. Your site needs to look attractive and professional no matter what the content is. The second branch is function, meaning, what it actually does. This is refered to as an interactive website, and the list of capabilities we can enable on your site is endless.  The third branch is  empowering you to maintain and manage your own site using our custom content manangement system.  You'll have the tools to edit content and publish changes on the fly, in real time.

For interactive development, there are literally thousands of off-the-shelf solutions that we can incorporate into your design. Bulletin boards, calendars, blogs, chat rooms, quotation systems, help desk, file storage, and of course, shopping carts and credit card payment, are just a few examples.

You might have a unique function for which no program exists. In that case, you're looking at a custom-developed interative function. Perhaps you want your existing quotation software to generate estimates in PDF format that are posted to your website for clients to download. You might even want to web-enable your unique business process in order to collaborate with long distance colleagues, vendors, and clients. We can create your killer app.

All too often your web masters are not the people who actually maintain your site. Once they've completed the design, its up to you to find a suitable host.

Our strength is the technology we can put behind your website. We own and operate our web servers at the Equinix Data Center next to the Honolulu International Airport. So naturally we host many of our own designs and solutions. Can your graphic artist or ad agency say that? In some cases, hosting is simply included in the design price. Because we control the actual servers that publish your site to the world, we are positioned to do extraordinary things with your content by creating VPN networks between the web server and your office servers.

We are not advertising or marketing experts. We know the basics of web site promotion, but we do not coordinate web site launch with other forms of media. For those types of services, we refer you to some of the very good PR and Ad agencies who refer work to us. We know how to cooperate with the other companies that might be needed to make your web site succesful.

We are also not Flash programmers. Our professional position is that Flash sites distract visitors from the purpose of their visit. If Ebay doesn't use it, neither should you. That isn't to say your site shouldn't be Flash-like in appearance. Artists and Photographers are good candidates for Flash type sites, and we know a lot of good Flash programmers if that's what you truly want.

Finally, we advocate and urge clients to make their own conent changes to their sites.  That's why we've developed Kenesis, a simple to use and intuitive content management system that allows just that.
